Buying online

Look through our online catalogue of what designs are available in which colours and what sizes. Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee to hold every combination of colour, size and design in stock. We therefore suggest that you do the following:

1. Send an email stating the design (eg. bg_001), the size (eg. XXL) and the colour (eg. orange) that you'd like together with the quantity required.

2. We will reply stating if we have that/those item(s) in stock together with a total cost including postage and packing. (Current postage and packing charge for one t-shirt is £2.50, two is £3.00, three will be £3.50). We are happy to send our products overseas and, to date, have sent t-shirts to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand as well as all across Europe. If we can't supply what you've asked for we'll offer the closest alternative(s) we have in stock or advise when they might be available.

3. Send your payment via Paypal to payment@perftec.com or a cheque or postal order made out to Perftec Designs to: Perftec Designs, 101 Worton Road, Isleworth, Middlesex TW7 6EG. As soon as we receive payment (ie. the cheque/postal order clears or we receive notification from Paypal) we will despatch the goods by first class post to you.

Alternatively you can collect the goods from us at a Show if you give us at least 7 days notice.

Being a relatively small operation does have advantages, one of which is that we can be quite reactive to our customers requests. If you would like a particular design/colour/size combination let us know and we'll see if we can accommodate that in our next print run. We also welcome 'special commissions' – so if you have an idea, talk to us!

If you discover you have bought the wrong size, you can return the shirt and we will exchange it for another (if it's in stock) but you will be responsible for any extra postage and packing required.
